She was there at every home inspection, and other events. If I had to use only three words to describe this delightful realtor, I could say: "SHE WAS THERE" ! I can add lots of kudo adjectives, including patience, perseverance, compassion, accuracy, availabilty (always, when I needed to talk!), cheerfulness, good humored, etc. Through many life difficulties, she has soldiered on -- a great example, not only as a fully competent professional realtor, but a kind understanding human being! I feel that $495.00 fee was a complete rip-off, as there were no documents required to be recorded for the sale of this mobile, as it is an MVA Title and no deed or other searches required for this transaction. I expressed this issue with the agent and she stated that it company policy to charge this fee to bothe seller and the buyer, which further just shows the greed of the corporation. I will not be recommending or using Berkshire Hathaway in the future do to these unnecessary fee being charged. Regards, Jay Austin 423-790-2372
